The perfect (well to date anyway) cup of espresso was from EPIC here is perth.  I didn't make it but I drank it.
I am only new in the world of real coffee, so will hopefully experience more real (Well made) espessos.
I say it was the perfect cup as I haven't tried too many, but it was perfect in my eyes.  Yum  

(more like a Ristretto rather than an espresso as it was pulled short, but that's what they do at EPIC.
