    Cimbali M27 - How old?

I've been asked to help sell a community group's La Cimbali M27.

In order to price it correctly, do I assume that the build date is a tag on the boiler like most machines?

That would be a good indication. The cimbalis I have seen have a sticker on the panel under the drip tray with build date and other info. Anything there?

    Cheers

heading out to look at it later - what are they worth?

    I'm thinking around $1,000 - $1,200 for a machine around 10 year old?

Really depends on condition and ultimately how much someone is prepared to pay for it. A twin group would be more "specialised " than a single with a smaller potential audience.

Have a look through the sold section here to see what similar ones were advertised/sold for to get an idea.

They are a great workhorse, built to last if looked after.

    Cheers
