    Behmor brazen

    We just got a new machine and the 3rd time we have used it coming up with E4 on the screen. Anyone else have this happen?

    Hi Tessa. Sorry to hear that.

    After unplugging it at the power and then back in does the E4 come back straight away?

    Having a quick look over at the manuals to see what the E4 indicates...

    Looks like the manual indicates the error shows a sensor is broken... contact support to organise repair.



    Contact the seller to discuss a fix.

    Yes my parents bought it from CS for me. They have contacted them and they said it's never happened before. Hopefully they can fix it asap or replace it. Such a shame as only got it last week!

    I already answered Dennis's multiple emails this morning (yeah service on a Sunday!) about this brewer bought 3 months ago.

    Answer was exactly the same as post #2 above as I have no idea what an error 4 is, we don't get enough problems with the brewer to know.

    Tech support will troubleshoot it and we will take it from there

    We must have posted at similar times Javaphile. I didn't see your post at the time I was writing mine. 🤣

    Tessa, hopefully you'll be up and brewing again in the not too distant future. .

    Great consistent brewer. I use mine daily at work. Have been able to convert all but one staff member / instant coffee lover. (And I suspect that's not the Brazen's fault)

    New machine arrived today, on 4th use and it's coming up with E4 on the screen.

    As per manual, it suggests that E0 to E6 indicate that one of the sensors is broken, and to contact Behmor tech support. I'd also shoot Andy a line using the 'Contact Us' link at bottom of this page.
