    CiME co-11

Any info or reviews on this machine? Have seen it advertised online for 1499 and don't know much about it.

Is a HX with an e61 so could be a good buy? Any info would be much appreciated thanks.

    CiME co-11

    Hi Mr Dave,

i had been meaning to write up a little review on the CIME range, your question has prompted me.

CIME is a relatively new brand but with staff from long established machine manufacturers in Italy.

In Italy everyone is a cousin, including coffee machine companies.

They have a can do and enthusiastic attitude to the market.

Their machines are very well built, sure they are not La Marzoco or Rockets, but for the pricing they at excellent.

We went back to the factory and asked for a few changes including insulated boilers and a commercial pressurestat which the CIME 011 and 01 now have.

They look better in real life then in the pictures.

Certainly value for money for an E61 heat exchange machine

As well as the attached special pricing we are offering a set of our Ancap Italian cups with every machine

    Feel free to contact me

    cheers

Access to water tank can be done without removing cups individually.

Any pics of the CO-11? First HX E61 I have come across without a hot water wand. Would love to see how compact it is.
Is steam valve spring loaded? Steam wand no burn?

    A few photos her https://www.casaespresso.com.au/cime-011.html

Standard tap style steam valve and the steam wand is the standard. Rubber boot on the steam wand is a give away that it is not a "no burn " wand.

    For $1499 you get
    - an E61 group head
    - HX system
    - Vibration pump
    - 1300W element
    - 1.3L insulated copper boiler
    - 2.5L water tank
    - Stainless steel body

Pair that up with one of our Macap M2M offers and you get an Italian made E61 HX machine and grinder package for under 2K.

    Cheers

Thanks for the review. They both look fantastic and very capable for the price - now the decision process begins.. That co-11 with the m2m deal is going to be very hard to pass up at 1930 shipped!

Steam production is excellent. Good size 1.3L boiler (CM 011) with the 1300W element gives plenty of steam and a fast recovery time. CM01 has a 1.8L boiler and 1500W element.

We have specified a two hole steam tip on both the models. We have found the two hole tip gives the best overall results.

    Cheers
