EM7000 Erratic Pour and Pressure Gauge

My 5 year old EM7000 is pouring (dribbling) very slowly and the pressure gauge fluctuates from normal range to over the maximum range during a pour. My grind, dose and tamp are consistent.

Is this a pump problem or could it be something else? Before it started doing this the pour was greater from the right hand spout, with the left sometimes having no poor at all.

Any sleuths like to have go at diagnosing the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it could be a pump issue, but as stated above, a video would be helpful.
How does the water flow without the pf locked in?
