ECM Giotto Classic - no pump

Just looking for some quick advice here. Iím going to check out a Giotto Classic which is reasonably cheap, the seller tells me the the pump doesnít engage, but was regularly serviced and worked fine before that. I know itís a fairly wild stab but does anything particular jump out as being the problem with the pump? Could it be a control board or new pump job, or am I pretty much walking into a complete unknown?

Price it as being the more expensive of the two. Either the pump or the board..

I take it You are aware as to how the 'Water Tank' and the 'Well" it slips into controls the auto off function.

Simply take the whole top off and ensure water is in the round fitting the water tank fits into at the base.

Also check as the early ECM Giotto had known circuit board issues that were part of a rework / upgrade process.

I didn’t get there quick enough unfortunately. Someone else beat me to it.
