Now thats a big photo! ;)

Love the wooden p/f handles - wonder whether Greg Pullmans thought of manufacturing those to match the tamper handles..?

Its come up a few times but no-ones ever been keen enough to take it any further than a few initial enquiries. They sure would look the goods though, I reckon a shaped checkerboard one would look magic!

oh dear...I just bought a Rocky for my syphon at home.

So heres my list of home gear:

    Yama 3 cup syphon/vacuum pot
Rancilio Rocky doserless (for brewed coffee)
    Mazzer Mini (for espresso)
Compak K10 WBC (for barista competitions)
    Coffeelab Design tampers x 3
    Espro tamper convex
    Reg Barber c-flat

All this gear and no espresso machine......SADDDDD :(

I think itll look really cool if I line all my grinders up next to each other. ;D

Heres a pic of my current and recently-updated set-up.

Rancilio Silvia with Watlow SD3C (from Jim).
Mazzer Super Jolly (just received it yesterday - thanks Chris! [smiley=thumbsup.gif])
    Pullman Tamper

In the cupboard below the bench is around 15KG of greens.

Hey guys, i new to the coffeesnobs but not new to coffee have been taking it seriously for while seen as though it is my choice in career. So as a stepping stone towards everyones dream machine the LM GS3 i have decided to sell my La Pavoni Pub series machine for a smaller lighter Domobar Super Lever. As well as this i may have gone over the top and bought two Mini Mazzers and a Bumper Tamper and stand, a bit of splurge but worth it. Oh almost forgot to mention the Gene Cafe Roaster and 10kg of green beans. I have got a pic below let me know what you true experts think. Cheers

The two Mini Mazzers could possibly be over the top.
You could have spent the money for the second one on a few more green beans.
    Only 10kg?

Yeah could be a little over the top, but i have two different grinders for two different roasts. That way i can start cupping two blends at the same time and discover which day is best for each blend. I know i am not supposed to ask questions here but here goes and sorry if i have caused any trouble. Um...so being the experts that you are i would like know why my machines hot water tap may be dispensing granules of coffee in the water. If any of you have any idea of why this may happen please let me know, the machine is brand new and i dont believe it should be doing this. I am new HX machines as my previous was a full commercial machine but unfortunately i have moved and therefore was unable to keep the machine. Well let me know, thanks fellas.

Its probably about time that I put a photo of my setup on here. I finally got around to taking a photo today.

    Faema E98 Compact S1
    Mazzer Mini-E
    Synesso Double Filter Basket
    Pullman Tamper

Ive replaced the standard steam arm with a modified La Spaziale S5 one, with the La Spaziale Vavaldi 0.9mm x 4 hole steam tip. That PID unit shown in the bottom right of the photo doesnt control the boiler - its being used as a temperature display for the temperature probe that Ive fitted in to the water gallery of the brew head.

With a couple of new additions to the household over the x-mas/new year period, here goes.
    - an ECM Giotto premium,
    - an ECM Best grinder,
    - an Espro tamp and an aluminium tamp,
    - 3 pfs (single spout, double spout & naked),
    - 4 plungers - 2 x 3 cup (home) and 1 x 3 cup & 1 x 8 cup (work),
    - 2 ibriks, 1 stainless and 1 copper, both 2 cup models,
    - a 1 cup stovetop,
    - a TCA 3 syphon and butane burner,
    - a Coretto roaster, and
    - a large stash of green beans.
    I think thats about it.

    That is one serious machine.
SWMBO would run me out of the house if i came home with a unit like that. On second thoughts it would probably give her a reason to put a 2nd extension on the house ;D

    Behmor Brazen - $249 - Free Freight
Bolb, The Killer part is the fact it cost me $50.00 and 3 days to tear it apart clean polish and re assemble with all new seals ect. At the end of it all she owes me $350.00. Still a cheep machine.

Roknee, No thats not the case. With this model when switched on that area illuminates. It was a limited run of machines with changable advertising that you can put there. For example "Roknees Espresso and Coffee Parlour"
