Where for servicing? Adelaide SA
Just looking around for a few options on having my expobar minore IV serviced. Been quoted 150 so far and they'll replace anything up to the price of 250 before calling..
Before replying I'm a dud with doing my own servicing. I'd rather a professional do it..
Depressed at the thought of a possible 5 to 7 days without my machine..
I get my beans from Patio at Glandore I believe they also service machines....Have you tried RIO at Stepney? It's been awhile since I've been there but they used to have a separate service centre.

Have used them a couple of times stippo, they seem to be on the ball.

I have been to cafe services with both my pavoni and profitec. They may not be the cheapest but their service is really on point. They do sound like the people you may have called but I gave them instructions not to touch the seals etc as I had just replaced them and call if they replace anything that wasn't xyz.
Would recommend them time and time again.
Cheers guys. Always pays to do a bit of looking around.
Ditto for Complete Cafe Services

I had La Crema give my Bezzera a routine service a couple of months back, they're based at 14 Denis Street, St Marys (ph: (08) 8299 0948), lovely people that work there.
I've also dropped into Complete Cafe Services (their retail shop in Glenunga) and whilst I haven't had any work done they seem to know what they're talking about. Would consider taking any of my kit there if needed.
I haven't had my machine serviced there, but I have bought parts from the service department at Rio Coffee in Stepney. Great to deal with, I'd definitely take my ECM Elektronica there.

Another recommendation for Complete Cafe Services. Did a great job on my aging Isomac Mondiale
I won't go back to Rio coffee again. Once spent 30 minutes browsing their espresso machines looking interested and was ignored by staff the whole time. Walked out in disgust.
I agree, the retail staff at Rio are a bit hit and miss. As soon as I asked about the vacuum relief valve they went and got the service tech who was great. $14.50 for the part and he made my wife and I a coffee too.
