Hi all,

Quick question, my BFC machine has a “green zone” for brew pressure between 7 and 8 bars. This is lower than the universally recognised 9 bar pressure.

I think that brewing between the 7/8 bars performs better as 9 bar is very easy to overextract.

Does anyone know why BFC recommends 7/8 bars on the machine?
