FS: Rancilio Silvia V3 w/ PID and Compak K3 Touch plus accessories (Perth, WA)

For sale is a Rancilio Silvia V3 fitted with an Auber PID w/ pre-infusion, a Diamond / Compak K3 Touch grinder and a lot of accessories. I've owned this combination for just under 4 years and have averaged only 3-4 coffees a week (normally only used on the weekends).

Reason for selling is that I'm heading overseas with no realistic way of taking all my coffee gear with me. As such I'm selling the lot!

The Silvia is in great condition overall and pulls an absolutely delicious shot of coffee. I'm the second owner and have always backflushed after each session with water and with chemicals weekly. I also descale the machine every few months. There is some rust in two specific spots on the left hand side of the chassis. The cause of this I believe was a leaking pump outlet which allowed water to pool up under the drip tray. The spot near the 3-way valve is small however the spot near the front foot is more significant (as can be seen in the photos). The pump leak has been fixed and no more water is coming through (though I'd recommend her new owner to put some rust converter and POR15 over the spots in the future).

In addition to the PID I have also added a flat shower screen kit and boiler insulation.

The grinder has never skipped a beat. Super easy to adjust and produces a lovely consistent grind for a given setting. I have yet to replace the burrs myself, the previous owner estimated the current set had done less than 50 kg when I bought it. Unbelievably I have lost / misplaced the hopper and lid during this moving period. I will still attempt to find it however please take this into account if making an offer. Replacements can be sourced rather easily online.

The accessories I'm including are as follows:

    • Rancilio double spout portafilter
    • Rancilio naked portafilter
    • Synesso Ridgeless double + triple baskets
    • Rancilio single + double + triple baskets
    • Scottie Callaghan dosing tools
    • 58 mm flat based Espro Calibrated Tamper
    • 58 mm convex stainless steel tamper
    • Portafilter pressure gauge (for adjusting brew pressure)
    • Rancilio blind basket (for backflushing)
    • 600 mL stainless steel jug
    • 375 mL stainless steel jug
    • Milk thermometer
    • Measuring scoop
    • Knock box
    • Tamping mat
    • Group head brush
    • Grinder brush
    • 2 x espresso cups and saucers
    • 2 x long black / flat white cups and saucers
    • 2 x microfibre cleaning cloths

I'm asking for $800 for everything listed above, and I'm somewhat negotiable on that price.

Hoping for a local to pick up for practicality, any questions at all please ask!

Note I seem to be limited in how many photos I can post so I will add some in a reply including pictures of the rust.
