    Panama Finca La Mula Geisha

    Resistance proved futile...

1kg for the Aillio once I feel I have it completely sussed out...

    To be continued!

Well...Our Panama has been lovingly stored for all of this time until I was confident enough to throw it at our Aillio...

I have just cracked a sample batch via the Brazen and all I can say is wow, wow, wow....

10x as good as any other coffee I have ever had? Nope- but I have no superlatives which are adequate enough to describe what I have just consumed.

Thanks to Andy for helping make wonderful memories. I won't forget this cup nor the two which followed it (who needs sleep?) for a long, long time...

CS'ers who turn up tomorrow morning and can execute the golden handshake are in for one hell of a treat...

What a perfect way to start Christmas!
