    Ethiopian Geyusu Select

Liked the sound of this offering so I ordered a bag to give it a try.
Roasted 300g for nine minutes with a fairly high drop temp and did an S curve roast taking it 25seconds into first crack for a filter roast.
After two days rest I did a Clever Dripper brew which put a huge smile on my face😆😆
It produced a lovely bright acidity, juicy mouthfeel with ripe berry and fruit flavours, very clean--Impressive beans to be sure😊☺☺☺☺

I agree Greenman, it's a stunner in anything but certainly loves the lighter roast and manual brew methods.

We landed a lot of this and it's disappearing fast which reminds me that I need to stash some away for myself soon.

    Enjoy!

Agreed- pretty hard to beat this one. Fantastic as an SO. My current favourite.
