The coffee corner shaping up at home, I annexed a good deal of the laundry bench space :-)

The machine is a very very modified isomac zaffiro (HX boiler, rotary pump plumb in, cartridge heated group) and a Macap M2M hiding behind it. Featuring Talk Coffee, of course!

Gaggia Classic fairly early in the piece when I still couldn't afford a decent grinder.

The same Gaggia Classic following a full rebuild and further mods with a modded Nemox Lux grinder, just before being sold after upgrading to my current machine.

With an almost identical setup to yours mate, I love the quality of coffee produced with the added flexibility of being able to dial-in the brew water temp. as the coffee flavour profile changes over time....

Yep, I actually find myself tweaking the temperature more than the grind setting, here's another pic of my previous setup to keep pauly happy

Since I'm on a roll, here's my work setup. Have to change the grind multiple times a day on this one!

Is it just me, or is this thread really enjoyable. I like seeing everyone's set up. We take this shared pleasure of ours very seriously.

This is my most recent set up. Sorry about the poor photo, it's hard to get a good pic in that spot due to the light. Neither of these are actually on the bench at the moment as the grinder is being modded to doserless and the Brugnetti is ready to go in for a service.

My Brugnetti Simona Top DE is going in to see the tech for a once over before a possible sale. I've just bought myself the Boema pictured below so all going well I'll be moving on from the Brugnetti soon. It'll be difficult to say goodbye, but it's time to move on.

Great recent machine upgrade (thanks Coffee Aroma) from my Classic which served well for 8 yrs. Got sick of leaking wand and now in retirement.

    OK why not.

Here's what started the madness, we didn't even have a spot to put it! We had to clear the bench beside the stove and hook up Rocky & Silvia any time we wanted a cuppa. Any time I use a Silvia I get back in the zone, cheating to warm her up and temperature surfing to get a good shot. They do pump out a great shot when you get it right.

Oh look, I'm getting all misty eyed remembering when I thought $200 was an insane amount to spend on a used grinder. I just spent that on burrs for a robur :gulp:
