    Cold warm drip Brazen style...

For $hits and giggles, I had a play today...

50/50 blend of CS Sidamo and a stunner Beloya roasted together for filter, run through the Brazen (90 deg with 45 sec steep) and then the result went straight to the freezer...

Lots of amazing samplings as the batch cooled and I'm marking this one down as having plenty 'o merit worth further investigation...

    Anyone else tried?

A month or 2 ago I made a few medium sized strong aeropress's and put them into my pour over jug, then into the fridge.

Tasted very nice, I personally enjoyed it more than black coldpress from cafes.

Sounds like it's worth a go. I don't use my Brazen so much, as I'm typically only trying to make a single )large) coffee for myself at work, and it performs much better with a bigger payload. Will give this a crack when I'm back home.

Regularly use the Brazen at work making 1.2L batches. As sometimes it will be more than we'll drink on the day I'll put a cup or two straight in to the freezer/fridge to cool (air tight). It's still been delish to drink the next day or two with an ice cube thrown in or milky. Slowly working on getting one or two more at work away from their beloved Nescrapé or other pre-mix sachet filth.
