Question about processing home grown coffee
Just picked a friends tree and am soaking the beans. But the process of fermentation has stopped and the beans are still slippery. They have been soaking for about three days. How long do I have to wait for the crud to come off, before I dry them?
That's too long. 24-48 hrs, then wash them off and start drying. Leaving them soaking for too long could ruin them. I think someone asked a similar question a week or so ago, might be worth checking that post as well.
