    BeanBay beans

Couple of questions... Are they all espresso friendly? I'm interested in doing the sampler pack?
How long do they tend to take to ship to Sydney Metro addresses?

    1. Most are good but not all are best for espresso
    2. Is that a question?
    3. BeanBay is in Geelong. I ordered beans Wednesday afternoon and they are arriving tomorrow (To Adelaide). Beanbay has various express post options available for 1-3 working days and more.

It will depend on how you roast and what beans "stand up in a espresso" so to speak. There are no hard fast rules with roasting, that said there is some basic guidelines.. If you have only just started roasting, exploring the endless possibilities is always a lot of fun.

Andy does a great job getting any order sent out ASAP...from there though its somewhat out of his hands.

Redrich the descriptions on the beans are usually pretty accurate. Also in Sydney metro, guessing about 2 - 3 days for most shipments to me and remember one outlier at 4-5 days. What you notice is if you order in the morning usually ships that afternoon, as said it is in Australia Post and Fastways hands after that.

Except for fridays as Andy doesn't want beans sitting in a hot Van over the weekend.

WBN, He caught me with that statement to! I ordered some greens and small items on Friday 19/1 expecting to have them sent on Monday the 22/1. Instead I am opening the packet on the Monday! I think Andy and the Snobs just like to surprise.
