    BeanBay orders - April 26th.... Sorry!

    It's rare we don't ship everything out the same day that we receive payment but today was one of those days.

    We worked all day yesterday (ANZAC day) and started early today and while all the roasted orders made it out some of the green orders missed the courier. Seemed that today the clock spun faster than normal and it just didn't fit.

    Sorry for the additional day lag, we will keep packing and make sure everything gets out tomorrow.

    It's how it goes Andy! I reckon I'm in that batch. Public holidays always play havoc, we'd be unreasonable to expect anything else.

    If you are in such a rush that one day makes a difference, slow down!
    I received an email from Andy to check that I realised my Friday order wouldn't be shipped until Tuesday - a courtesy beyond the call of duty - I am rapt that they ship express post within a week!

    Nah, the order you placed mid-morning shipped same day. Normal perfect service there. ;-)

    Spot-on, that's exactly what happened. 40 hours in flights and waits from San Jose, CR to Tulla, drove straight to the Snobbery and started roasting... self inflicted guilt of not ever wanting CS orders to wait. Besides, you know how customer service works chokkidog, you would do the same!

    Too true. I've yet to receive a whinge but sadly someone always does.

    We try really hard to ensure we ship everything the same day but a couple of times a year it just can't physically fit. The Fastway driver tells me this afternoon that he thinks we "broke the record" for quantity of items shipped with him and AustPost had to bring out extra cages for us to pack everything else in at the mail depot. We should settle back into normal insanity levels tomorrow.

    Yup, got confirmation at 5:45. Golden.

    I'd just assumed that mid-morning would be the back end of orders Anyway, totally chuffed. Was hoping I could roast some of that delicious Mexican on Friday, and given the consistent 2 day delivery, I'm looking on track for a great weekend.

    Cheers Andy and yep, but in reverse.

    A week OS cost me two week's orders roasted, destoned and packed non-stop over 48hrs, before I left. Including a late

    night swing past my local plumber to pick up, then fit, a new thermocouple to the roaster burner safety cut-out.

    Even last week I cranked up the roaster at 11.30 at night to push out one roast to honour a promise one of my clients had made to a customer......

    I just knew who would be blamed if the coffee didn't show on Friday!!

    But ......I don't have 40,000+ "kids" ;-) on the back seat. I take my hat off to you!
