Convert Mazzer Super Jolly Automatic to Timer Version

I bought a second hand Super Jolly Aut version and have converted it to run manually. I like to keep a full hopper and dose 1 or 2 shots at a time so I think the timer version would be easier to use rather than trying to guess when enough is dispensed. Is it possible to swap out the switch to convert from the Aut version to the Timer version. Also if anyone located in Perth wants to convert their Timer Version to Manual I would be happy to swap.

You could have a go at making one. The only addition I would suggest to what he has done is an additional relay for it to switch instead of it switching the grinder on its self. http://www.home-barista.com/grinders...00-t23110.html

OK I have sorted this. I bought an "RS Pro On-Delay Time Relay 240VAC" from RS Components and wired it up internally to the grinder. The grinder starts when the switch is rotated to "Start" and runs for a fixed period when released (adjustable from 3 to 30 seconds with a screwdriver). I was originally planning to remove the run light so the adjustment could be made from the front however the switch body gets in the way. Rather than drilling another hole in the case I removed a bolt from underneath and mounted the relay face down on the base plate so the grinder will need to be tilted to make adjustments. I will see how it goes and if I decide to keep the grinder I can always drill the case and re-position the timer.
