Coffee bag sealer - advice needed

Hey guys. I'm using a cheapy eBay impulse sealer but finding it "lacking". Sometimes it's good often it's not!

Can anyone suggest a more industrial type? I'm sealing 15-30 bags a week and would ideally spend between $500-750?

I don't deal anything bigger than a 1kg bag at present but would like to be able to seal bags with a fold in them. At present I can't seal anything that isn't two thin layers.

Have you got the big foot operated model or just the bench top one? Impulse also do a more commercial level model with a foot pedal that should fall in your budget if you're only using the bench top one.

Thanks greenman. That's actually where I buy my bags. Any chance you've used the constant heat foot sealer. I'm reluctant to buy without knowing how good it is.

Also a mob called "Sealer Sales" who have a webpage...
Bought my FS-305 from them years ago and has never faulted.
    Plenty of spares available too...
