A good read Mal. I happened onto this link a few minutes ago. It will be very interesting to see if it pans out or just fades away like his last fuel cell idea.

Could this be an energy source in the future? - CNN Video

Interesting topic Mal, here's another possible alternative also recently written about in Cosmos https://cosmosmagazine.com/technolog...icity-at-night I'm still unsure about nuclear, although in the end I doubt there is a viable alternative.

Nooooo...! not that hydrino thingy again, please make it go away... if it ever existed, maybe this new setup will be the quantum leap that the anthropocene epoch desperately needs. ;-)

Yeah it's highly suss noonar, if I had to place a bet at this point I'd bet against it given their history.

... same spectra as dark matter... to quote HHG's Deep Thought "Hmmmm .... tricky".

As far as clean power via fusion is concerned, that big fusion reactor in the sky does not produce any unwanted side effects, does it? Nothing like infra red, visible light, ultra violet, Higgs Boson and a whole batch of other stuff - some of which we probably have not even discovered yet.

    * But not those "aerial blender bird killers"... Savonius rotors please.

Know the feeling only too well, the cafe coffee in our area is abysmal, lifted to acceptable a few years back, has now deteriorated dramatically.
