A BIG thank you to Behmor support & Andy.
I roasted last Thursday and had lots of smoke and then the awful Err5. Contacted Behmor support via email and had a reply early Friday morning. Did some more tests as directed, another email, another reply early Sat morning. Email contact to Andy (not expecting a reply until Monday) for the cost of the parts and got a response that morning along with an invoice. Parts were sent yesterday, arrived today (in Qld) and the roaster is all fixed.
How good is that service!
Yep, I had a similar experience when the control board kicked the bucket, stopping the afterburner and draw fan from working.
I had a really similar experience to you with my behmor about a year ago. Got great support from behmor and backed up very nicely by Andy with some very speedy parts. I couldn't have been happier either! Thumbs up from me too.
