Roasting on an Allio Bullet in the U.S.

I have been roasting on a Bullet since January of this year (2017) and have had great experiences and great roasts! I lean more toward the darker roasts so I primarily roast Colombian, Sulawesi and Papua New Guinea. The machine is easy to use and leaves you with a perfectly roasted bean every time. Keep it clean and vent the smoke and you will have a great system for years to come.

I saw one at a local retail establishment recently looks like a good machine. I'm quite intrigued by the heat source. Nice size, intuitive control panel I'm sure it is easy to get good results with it. Tom from Sweet Maria's has made a few videos about it and if Tom says it is a good roaster then I believe it.
