Here is a Custom 'Faema Style' Handmade set for a Profitec Pro 800 made from Black Walnut. I have been making a variety of unique custom parts so far in 2017 using handmade traditional techniques and will be releasing pictures of more completed works as they leave the workshop. Some of the designs have been extremly labour intensive and required custom templates to make the steam/water handle designs as per the set in these pictures.

I am currently working on a handmade range of Lelit coffee machine models. So far the Anita-Anna Series is complete and now working on the Model PL62 and Model PL62S. These pictures are of a work in progress for the PL62S steam/water handle.

This is a custom set made for a Vibiemme Domobar Junior where I have made the steam/water handles in a larger design with a five sided star instead of 3.

Here are some recent DC metal accent designs for various espresso machine models. I am having the caps machined locally in Perth using 317 stainless steel. The small brewing levers use a 4 piece handmade construction including a stainless M8 insert and weigh 115 grams. The caps on the PF handles are 35mm and weigh 245 grams with the hardwood which makes a very nice balance.

This set is made from a really highly figured piece of olivewood. The customer is from Spain and wanted something unique ☺ parts are for an Expobar Minore.

Sheoak La Pavoni Stradivari . I have been working on a La Pavoni range of handmade parts and this is the first model I am releasing. The steam knobs have all been cut freehand and as with all of my works each part is traditionally hand turned individually. The tamper I made with a slim stem to accommodate the 51mm base.

Here are a couple of shots showing the construction of the small steam knob. It was a tough one to make as a hole needed to be drilled center and then another hole drilled centre through this hole in order to secure the metal attachment. Aside from a small lathe I just use hand tools so in the end I made the knob in two sections.

Lastly I have had brass inserts made locally to re-place the plastic screw in taps for the large steam knob. I am trying to keep everything 100% Australian made and all of my metal accents and tamper bases are made here as I prefer not to have any imported products as part of my work.
