Just tried a blend of Brazil Santos & Indian Plantation A 50/50.
Both were roasted about 30-40 secs into 2ndCrack in a popper.
Both roasted on the 7th Aug.
I made a doppio ristretto with it and the flavours were very strong together with a dark choc/earthy zing - just what i tasted, not what i expected because by themselves the flavours are both full but different but everything seemed stronger when mixed especially an earthy zing i didn`t taste in either of them as SO.
