    Nice drop of a blend

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Most of my blends are a product of opportunity (one can read that as flukes)

Normally I have 2 or 3 bean types on hand and I experiment

This one is a very nice drop
    40% Indian - Monsooned Malabar
    60% Honduras - Los Bancos

Only had it with milk as thats my preferred way I have my espresso

Nice intense flavour with a thick richness that fills your mouth with a punchy WOW but dissipates quickly & levels off
    Low Acidity
Does have a little short lived chocolate after-taste *

It surprised me on how nice it was

I can summarise it as "instant gratification"

Malabar is 10 days post roast
Honduras is 3 days post roast

Re: Nice drop of a blend

This blend got better day after day after day

    Mrs Kosmo comments
Not noticing the coffee was consumed as she tries to drink from an empty cup & says where did it all go so quick

The hidden meaning is Kosmo you should have given me a larger cup
Its so nice one does not notice its gone

    KK
