I had a small amount of malabar left in the bag and thought Id try blending it with the sipangan...
10% Malabar 11 days post roast (pulled just on 2nd crack)
90% Sipangan 3 days post roast (just before 2nd crack)
What a difference the small amount of malabar made. * :P Mmmm, caramel explosion, *toned down the nuttiness of the sipangan, and not as in your face as the malabar can sometimes be. * Also made the acidity much less noticeable. *
