I just threw a 50/50 Peru Ceja (CS8)/Ethiopian Gambella (CS8) together for a short shot.
Came out bright and sweet, rather fruity. The Peruvian seemed to reduce the acidity of the African bean.
A rather light shot, quiet pleasant and probably a good intro to espresso and non-milk based drinks.
Now lets see if I can bribe the wife to try it....she has three taste descriptions for coffee, too strong, too weak, or too hot.
