thought Id share a blend Ive been tweaking over the last 2 weeks.
I call it the Psychic Blend, not because I know youll like it* ::) but because of the beans used (following are roasted weights as the component beans were roasted individually and then blended):
Ethiopian - 30g
Sumatran - 50g
Peru - 100g
I know, a bit lame, but the taste isnt!
Drinking it this morning after 4 days rest as both espresso and flat white. Very smooth and creamy in both.
I think it will get better over the next few days.
