i bought these beans all separately because they are all great single origin,
i tried blending them together, there is to much taste disturbance and nothing exciting.
i tried going 50% Kenya, 30% Colombia and 20%Burundi and it has a medium body and sweet chocolate toffee taste with an sweet light orange after taste.
roasted about medium is perfect for an espresso or piccolo.
i definitely recommenced it for baristas who want something different
