    Nice four bean blend

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I have just opened a nice blend I roasted last week from beans on Bean bay and I am really impressed with the results so I thought I would post it up for others to try

    Indian elephant hills 40%
    Honduras montana de comayagua 20%
    Ethiopian sidamo guji 20%
    PNG wahgi 20%

Corretto roasted to just before 2nd crack at about 16 min and 210 degrees on my set up.

    Nice four bean blend

I have most of this! Except the ethiopian. But I probably have something I could substitute. Did you pre or post mix?

    Hi David8

I pre mixed this blend ,roasted 550g of greens in the corretto

I have settled on 550g of greens as a good amount for the corretto, and fills my 500g bags nicely

I have been drinking this as an espresso pulled on my Caravel , giving a very sweet shot ,

I have not tried it with milk yet
