Hi all

Just opened a bag that I roasted on the 5 April, so a week ago today, and pulled a couple of double shots.

A nice mellow coffee, a good arvo blend.

Roasted 350g in the Behmor using P3A + 5:30 (23:30) and stopped with 1:10 left on the clock, just at the start of second crack.

Component beans - Brazil Pulped Natural 55%, Honduras Montana de Comayagua 20% (no longer available in BeanBay) and PNG Wahgi AA 25%.
