Blend for Aero and Espresso by a lazy so and so
OK. I've have limited opportunities to roast recently, as I've been having some building work done, and my roasting bench is covered in sawdust, plaster and other debris. Normally I have one bean/blend for the Aeropress, and one for espresso based drinks. Got a bit lazy and tried this as a means of killing 2 birds with 1 stone:
Guatemala Jacelatenango 200g
Yemen Bani Ismail 50g
Sulawesi Tana Toraja 50g
Roasted to CS9 (just before 2nd crack).
Works a treat with both brewing methods....just requires a pretty fine grind for espresso/latte. I suspect the Gambella would might be a fair substitute for the Yemen.
