OK. I've have limited opportunities to roast recently, as I've been having some building work done, and my roasting bench is covered in sawdust, plaster and other debris. Normally I have one bean/blend for the Aeropress, and one for espresso based drinks. Got a bit lazy and tried this as a means of killing 2 birds with 1 stone:
Guatemala Jacelatenango 200g
Yemen Bani Ismail 50g
Sulawesi Tana Toraja 50g

Roasted to CS9 (just before 2nd crack).
Works a treat with both brewing methods....just requires a pretty fine grind for espresso/latte. I suspect the Gambella would might be a fair substitute for the Yemen.
