Just thought I'd share this one as it tasted sooo good this morning.

40% Brazil Yellow Bourbon
10% Ethopia Ghimbi
20% Bali Ganung
30% El Salvador Comasagua

Roasted a 450g batch to CS8 in the Behmor on 1 P3 C + 30 secs

This is my first go with Brazil as a base and wow how good were they! Tasted at 11 days post roast today and great as an SO or under milk.
