Colombian Volcan Galeras Especial/Ethiopian Biftu Gesha Blend
After resting for 14 days I tried my 60/40 blend of Colombian Volcan Galereas Especial taken to just before the start of second crack and Ethiopian Biftu Gesha taken 30sec. past first crack.
The aroma coming from the bag was nice and fruity/jammy. I tried it as a flat white and had a smile on my face, lovely chocolate from the Colombian and highlighted with jammy berry notes which lingered on the palate. Will try as espresso and long black tomorrow.
how did you manage to wait 14 days!? thats some great willpower!!
