What bend would you roast?
Looking at my stash of beans, I have the following stock in various quantities;
Aech - Gajah Mountain Grade 1
Bolivia - Caravani Organic Fairtrade
Brazil - Alterosa RFA
Brazil - Original Burbon
Brazil - Peaberry RFA
Ethiopian - Gambella Naturals
Ethiopian - Guna Limmu
Ethiopian - Harrar Longberry (my favourite SO)
India - Plantation A grade
Nicaragua - Dipilto Estate
Peru - Ceja de Selva Estate
PNG - Wahgi AA
Sulawesi - Rante Kapua Torajah
Sumatra - Blue Lintong
Sumatra - Mandheling Mystic TP
Tanizia - Rononi Faircrack Pulped
Yemen - Bani Ismaili
What would you blend together, percentages and why?
I have been drinking these as single origin espressos and I have been enjoying all of them.

Have a look at the KJM thread on blending section. He has ratios and suggested beans for a pre-blended roasts. These combinations produce amazingly tasty coffee.
