I just made a 50-50 with Mexican El Triunfo Arabigo (medium dark) and Yemen Mocha Selection Ismaili (medium) both about 4 days after roasting. 18.6g of grind, 29 secs for 25g pour at 9 bar in a BES920. Hard to describe. Notes of everything/nothing. Nothing missing, no one flavour standing out. But the blend shoots to the top of my 'best blends so far' list. I'd be interested to see a description of this blend by someone that can unpick 'notes of caramel/misty fog/clear sunshine' rather than just 'bloody good'.
