Hi potential help.
My aunty asked me to fix her gaggia. I have had alot of success fixing commercial machines but this has got me puzzled.
group head was choc a block of scale. fixed and made 10 cups of good coffee. back at her place the group would not release pressure after pulling shot. had to smash handle off with pressurised coffee from one end of the kitchen to the other. tried 3 times. didnt make sense either that after stopping shot some coffee would still drip through group slowly, giving me the impression there is no pressure.
how is the pressure released on these machines. my shots are good but thinking the grind can not be so fine on these machines.
