    Read the question heh

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
This has been much discussed so I thought a poll was in order!

    Which one?

I am looking at doing option 3 some time this week and if that doesnt work Option 1 or 2. Then maybe down the track making my group handle NAKED.

Have not tried the Krups - the shipping charge stopped me from ordering (why they cant just put it in the mail is beyond me)

Picked up an ESP4/51 and tried that - results ok (keep in mind I dont know what Im doing ;))

Picked up a modified original basked from the Pay It Forward thread (thanks again Greg) - this has produced the best results for me.

Now if I could just figure out what Im doing....

We do??? :-? We offer registered post and express post for filter baskets.

Australia Post calculates the postage component of the delivery charge at checkout time and its the same as whats on their website. *To that we add a handling charge of $5 or $7 (depending on the service) which contributes to the cost of packing materials and our time in packing it up and driving down to the local post office to post it (in reality this covers perhaps 1/4 of our actual cost of doing that).

We could literally just put it in the mail if there was a post office next door and people were happy to receive a dented filter basket covered with stamps; but neither are the case and there are costs associated with doing it properly.

I assume he was referring to Krups service agents.

The poll question was Krupps (from Pullman store) so I presumed it was directed at us.
