Temperature of espresso water feed is creeping up on my em2300 sunbeam

I have a plastic fantastic em2300, It has done about 24 months of good service, belting out foamy espressos. (I dont heat milk with it.). But over the last 4 months I have noticed that the coffee is too hot, and getting hotter. This is not good...

Does anyone know a way of adjusting the temperature? Obviously there are no proper adjustments, but I thought that there might be a way of doing it. I am not afraid to void the warranty and get the tools out.

Think you should try a descale if you not done regularly, scale may have built up over the thermostat / temperature sensor, try this first, if still under warranty get them to check it for you.

OK. Good idea. I will try and get to the temp sensor.
