Any advice would be greatly appreciated.........

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi all,

very new member to the site & first post. Love my coffee and am a bit of an addict. So I have been given a sunbeam em4820 Cafe Crema 2 as a bday present and I have been doing some research on some small mods and hoping it will make some good coffee as my skills get better.

I would appreciate any advice, tips, other mods i can look at, etc. This is what i have so far:
    - em4820 sunbeam Cafe Crema 2
    - em0480 sunbeam grinder
    - 51mm S/S tamper
    - knock bin
    - unpressurised two cup filter
These are my new toys, all brand new and never used. my grinder arrived today so i will need to order some beans. Do i have my equipment covered people???

    thanks again

Well, thats sorta a given, Im not sure that the clearence between the group head and the tray of the Sunny is tall enough to drink directly from the espresso flow...

Though I suppose we could try? ;D

Ahhhh, when I was a lad we couldnt afford cups...(and couldnt have fitted them in our shoebox anyway). Three straws and an empty baked beans can was all we had....

    Sorry, shouldnt hijack thread.

Jimmy, make some coffee asap and enjoy the journey.
