    Synesso Sabre pressure issue

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
At one of the cafe's I work at I have the pleasure of using a Synesso Sabre. Beautiful machine, however, last night I noticed the pressure gauge was pushing 10 - 11 Bar when I was pulling a shot. It's a programmable volumetric machine so can I fix this issue through programming or do we need to get "under the hood" so to speak. This is not my machine and the owner is rarely there so getting things done can be difficult. By the way, I think I'm the only person there who notices and gives a s@#t about these things.
    Cheers.

Sounds about right. The pressure you see on the gauge is taken from before the restrictor in the group. If the pressure at the group was really that high you would be getting excessive channeling and awful coffee.
