Im hoping someone might be able to help with group head temperature, im finding that if I leave my groups iin they tend to get hot, and also after ive pulled a few shots in a row it seems to get to hot and I need to cool it down, although I find that it dosent effect the coffee in the way of taste, it just loses its consitencey and the crema dosent hold.Is there anything I can do to solve it.also wondering if you get a better brew threw a cold group then a hot one?
