    2 groups and 3 handles? hmm. Craig, if youre considering paying $6.5k for it, Ill sell you mine for half the price, unrestored...I had a laugh

    The machines have a great reputation and think the rrp you mention would be for a newie. ;)

    Thanks Dennis, it was on that site that sells /auctions stuff and it interested me, the rrp was for a new one the one on site 2nd hand.

    These machines are bullet proof and spares more readily available than most other brands.

    Heard they run very hot? Maybe San Marino. They do use non standard handles I think so changing/swapping baskets could be an issue. You could ring Pedro at www.coffeeparts.com to check

    Hi Dennis- yes, maybe it is the San Marino which runs hot, but La San Marco does have the odd sized heads according to www.coffeeparts.com *(but you know this because you have one!)
