    Bet you haven't seen this before - how to fix?

    Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    ECM Sync with what looks to be ants in the pressure gauge.
    How the heck did they get in there and how would i go about getting them out?

    But that.... is........ amazing.... haha!

    Wow, was this an overnight thing that they were just there the next day, or over time? And is that ant larvae too? Wow... there must be something REALLY good in there! XD

    Is it the pressure or the heat that is killing them??? Wow, bizarre.

    Sorry cant help. Most gauges are not made to be taken apart. But how did they get int there??

    They can get in through the vent. The body of the gauge is vented to atmosphere. Normally has a little rubber plug with a small hole in it.

    Get them out? Time consuming...the bezel needs to be bent out enough to get it off the body. Then reroll it back on

    If every thing moves inside there, maybe put the vacuum cleaner on the vent and shake gauge till they all get sucked out...time consuming too.

    Check the rest of the machine, there'll be an ants nest in there somewhere. I had an ant infestation in my machine, which I only picked up as I saw a few ants walking to and from it. They like having somewhere warm and protected to nest and a coffee machine fits the bill perfectly .

    A machine a while back had ants. I was soo glad when I got rid of it. Nothing I could do would get rid of them
