I will be doing a catering with a 2 group La Nuova Era Altea. I will not have access to the machine before the catering so I wanted to ask two simple questions:
- how can I adjust the boiler pressure/ temperature? This is not stated in the manual..
- what is the threading of the steam nozzle? I would like to buy prior to the catering a 2-holes nozzle for smoother steaming..
