    Descaling stovetop espresso maker?

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi guys,

I've got a number of stovetop espresso makers and was just wondering if they need to be descaled at all? I clean them regularly with hot water pretty much straight away (I use no soap obviously) and dry them immediately after. So, any need for descaling and, if so, how should I go about doing it?

    Cheers,

    Brett

nah mate no descaling needed, descaling is only really needed imo with systems with boilers,
you can squeeze a lemon inside fill it with water and boil it for a couple minutes, that will remove any stain.
