My Gronk silvia thermocouple (with pics)

Heres my completed project -- showing thermocouple attached to semi-warm machine. It looks in the pic as if the steel shaft of the thermocouple is lying on top of the cold water inlet -- its actually above it; not in contact. Ive secured it under the thermocouple screw -- its in only fractionally, but tight enough for firm contact. The wire exits out bottom and through a tiny pre-existing space at rear, so no drilling of any sort needed.
Thanks for all the advice ...

    Nice job Anthony. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I moved my thermocouple to that screw as well. Jim (PID kits) suggested its a more temperature stable position as its further away from the cold water inlet.

Thats a bloody fancy lookin temp gauge! *:D

Thanks all. In fact, exit point isnt through rear -- drops straight down behind waste tray, then the wire (hidden by black electricians tape) travels along side to rear. Nice to be able to do the job with no mods to the machine at all!
