    Hi mate,

    1. No, it was not stored with water.

    2. "Leaking" is not meaning the machine has anywhere leaking, I mean the water which come out from the shower-head is very very low! It is not flashing water.

    3. Im in Syd.

    4. I used pure water.

Now the water outflow of my machine is only ~50ml of the whole period of the manual. But the steam is very powerful!

1: How powerfully is the Hot Water option ? This is the same pump as for the Group head...

Depending on how it is... I can point to where the problem might / could be...

2: I would do a full de scale cleaning process, including removal of the shower screen etc and flush the Group Head a few times etc...

Then compare the Hot water flow to teh Group head again..

If teh Hot water is fine, then pointing to a blockage in the head some where..

If the same and low... Then in the main pump and or the common path...

thx for your quick reply mate!!

It is the same low pressure mate, so I think it should be the pump problem.......

I hv tried the scale cleaning process, but the water outflow was extremely slow! Juz ~50ml per one times.
remove shower screen? ru meaning the shower head?

    Thank you very much again!

Not ya mate just yet..... * :-?

1: The pump forces water through the main block, then via a loop into the Hot Water valve and then to the Group Head OR Hot Water, if the valve is selected.

Thus it could still be a blockage in the main head and if never flushed fully... Then scale or crud could still be in the common pathway..

2: Not yet to see a pump fail... But could be a first..

    My money is on a blockage... * *Only way to clear is to;

A: Persist with flushing and good wquality cleaner and let soak for 10 to 15 min between flushes.

B: *Or reverse the flow and manually clean the system.... *However if you do not know how or have access to a service person... *Then return to SB for service.

    Re: Sunbeam EM6910 flashing problem

I hv finished the whole process of descaling, but it still doesnt work.
The water flow has only 50~100ml per times (manual)!!

So should I bring it back to SB center? But it is already out of warranty... :-/

It depends on which state you are in and how far out of warranty.
