    Descaling a La Pavoni

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    More questions from me :-[

I would like to descale my La Pavoni (what I think is the domestic/professional PR copper/brass lever machine ) myself. It was serviced about 18 months ago and it was really pricey and we would like to avoid paying for it again if possible. Can some of you wise CSers point me towards products, instructions and/or links suitable for this. Any advice welcome.

    Cheers Meagan :)

I suggest you call and talk to the nice people at Cafetto
They make or distribute the cleaning chemicals most of us use

But read this general info pdf first
