    New Pid on Block

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Heres my brand-new PID kit, installed today. Actually installed it yesterday and ran into some trouble, but site-friend Jim in the States was able to resolve my issue immediately.
As you can see, Ive opted for the full-blown installation via a half-inch hole drilled through the black iron strip down the Silvias side. Although the pic shows Jims suggested setting of 228 F (109 C) Ive since set it at 224 (106.7 C), which seems better here at my altitude of 1065 meters above sea-level.
If anyone with an unpidded Silvia still needs recommendations, I endorse Jims mod to the full. I think you can link direct from this site, or just go to Pidkits.com. End of unpaid ad .....
